Nielsen settles lawsuit with Black executive over alleged discrimination

Market research company Nielsen Holdings has settled a racial discrimination lawsuit brought by a Black Chicago executive. The lawsuit alleged Cheryl Grace hit a glass ceiling on the climb up the corporate ladder, when Nielsen passed over her for an expanded role.
