Discover What the ATIA Conference is All About
Back for our 5th annual event – held during the ATIA annual conference. Carrying on the tradition started by edcampAccess/Boston and edcampAccessNJ, this will be an unconference devoted to k-12 special education issues and ideas with a focus on teaching all struggling learners and the use of assistive technology. The event in not limited to special educators, all are welcome to attend and share your expertise! Please note: This unconference is not associated with the education program of the ATIA conference and is not eligible for CEUs.

Hear what past attendees have to say about the conference:
“My first ATIA conference energized me! I came back to work on Monday ready to tackle some hurdles I thought were impossible. Knowledge from the conference armed me with new ideas. Cannot wait for next year!”
—Maria G. Trudy, LATS, EDS, OTR/L, Nova Southeastern University
“I had heard from innumerable colleagues that ATIA is the one conference that requires travel that is well worth everything. I couldn’t agree more. I came in curious and left refreshed and excited to try out various items, techniques, and strategies that I had learned.”
—Heather Donatelli, AT Consultant, BCPS
“This conference was probably the best professional conference I have attended. It provided enriching information that was practical and pertinent to the needs of the AAC world. I also thought the location and accommodations were great.”
—Keith Parmerter, Elder, ICAN Arkansas
